Hcg Diet

Hcg Diet Explained

We sincerely hope you find this Hcg diet plan information encouraging enough for you to take action and try it yourself? I’ve tried many diets in the past, but nothing has worked for me, at least not permanently. However, the Hcg diet is a whole different story and this is why I’d like to share this with you.

Here’s how it all began with this HCG diet…

Hcg diet author, a British doctor, Dr Simeons, discovered the HCG diet in 1954. Prior to this he had spent years trying to understand what caused obesity. He viewed obesity as a disorder and rather than looking at overeating as a cause, he considered it the result.

In reality this means:

  • If you are obese you will quickly accumulate fat whether you eat normally or excessively.
  • If you are not obese, you will never become overweight even if you eat excessively.

His research conclude that there were 3 different types of fat stored within the body:

  • Structural fat, which is stored between the organs
  • Normal fat, which is available freely as fuel when needed
  • Abnormal fat, which is locked away and cannot be used by the metabolism until all other fat has been burnt

Diet trends, weight loss diets, low carb diets and fads come and go, as we seek a diet plan, the diet, a way to help us shed unwanted pounds and inches, but a fat loss diet like HCG diet has no equal.

Diets don’t usually work for people with abnormal fat stores because they don’t lose the right kind of fat while dieting.

This diet works at the metabolic level to discharge these stores into the bloodstream so that they can be used as fuel, and this is why a low calorie diet MUST accompany the HCG diet plan.

The initials (HCG) stand for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin, which is a hormone produced in large amounts by pregnant women to control metabolic functions.

So how will the HCG diet help you lose body fat?

According to Dr. Simeons, the HCG diet will reduce your craving for food and metabolize stored fat.

With the help of the HCG diet, you will…

  • Not experience irritability
  • Not experience headaches
  • Not experience weakness or hunger pains as with other low calorie diets

  • You will lose abnormal fat
  • You will reshape your body
  • You will look the way you are supposed to

HCG diet works, regardless of whether you exercise or not!

And if you follow the diet plan correctly you will not lose muscle mass or retain your extra large skin either, as the reshaping will also shrink “double chins” and “chicken necks”.

The original HCG diet protocol involved a low calorie diet and a series of HCG diet injections. There has been a great deal of controversy as to whether it is best administered by injection or by mouth. However, oral HCG (under the tongue) mimics the injection and either way you are ingesting the same hormone.

A word of warning:

Dr. Simeons said there were no known HCG diet dangers or HCG side effects, but there are different types of HCG hormone and you should be aware that some of those HCG hormones are not the best choice to make!

Either with Hcg injections or with the HCG drops (sublingual – drops under the tongue) losing weight, as far as I know, has never before been this easy and this fat loss diet has no equal. So far, no one could show me any diet that comes even close to this diet. So, if you know any other diet out there that works better and faster than this diet, please let me know in the comments below, I’d really like to hear about it, seriously!

Of course there will be skeptics who will tell you that this diet is dangerous or doesn’t work, however this method has more than fifty years of research behind it.

If you want to learn more about the potential HCG diet side effects, why not download FREE eBook (see above) where you can learn from the source? And by browsing this website, you can find additional diet resources, information, diet tips, the latest news and some tempting HCG diet recipes.

If you are interested in trying the hcg diet plan, then you have probably heard people talk about hcg diet dangers. These dangers are mostly myths. The hcg diet injections work safely, but need to be done by a qualified medical professional who follows the instructions laid down by Dr. Simeons, so yes, the hcg diet works. However, I personally recommend the sublingual HCG diet (HCG drops under the tongue), as for me, sublingual HCG diet is much safer, and to be honest, I don’t like needles.

And for the diet… be very careful about even basic condiments like sugar (NO sugar allowed) and milk (ONLY 1 spoon a day allowed) in this lose weight diet, as you need to eat the foods on the list and avoid ones off of the list. HCG diet for weight loss questions may revolve around substitutions in this plan, but there is plenty of room for variety in your protein and your produce.

There is a strict limit on carbohydrates, but that need not keep you from enjoying normal favorites. Create light recipes and substitute lettuce for bread in wraps or meat for potatoes in shish kebabs. Lean chicken is an excellent source of low fat protein and can be broiled, baked or roasted without adding calories.

While the Atkins and South Beach diets tend to leave you tired and sluggish throughout the day, and the Jenny Craig diet requires customers to consume large quantities of water, there are few if any at all HCG diet side effects to speak of, and most of which have been very customer specific.

Other diets due to the low calorie intake can cause you to lose valuable nutrients and vitamins from your body as you lose weight and this will often times bring on cravings for certain foods that can cause you to over eat and regain the weight you have lost.

However, according to Dr. Simeons, with hcg diet injections or hcg drops, anecdotal evidence suggests your body uses your stored fat and does not rob the body of these vitamins and nutrients even with consuming the low calorie diet.

Ok, this all sounds great and makes sense now, but what do I do next?

I’m glad you’ve asked and I have something really special to share with you. It’s a very interesting HCG diet story of success and I want you to read this right now, so CLICK HERE and read about my dear friend Kalli…

I’m concerned about how long it will take for the results of this diet to start to show physically. I’m losing weight everyday, but I’m not noticing any change in my body at all. Maybe im not paying close enough attention? How do you know if this is working?

Jessica April 18, 2012 at 12:08 pm

also….if you cheat a little is it significant to the diets effectiveness? i.e cheese cubes and peanut butter as a snack on day 3 and 4. I WAS STARVING

Jessica April 18, 2012 at 12:07 pm

If I have a party planned with eating and drinkning tempatations. Should I still take the HCG injection or skip that day?

Shelli March 27, 2012 at 10:05 pm

hi. i was wondering. i know they recommend only 500 cal a day but what about diet shakes…2 a day? then a lean meal for the 3rd , since i noticed they say not very much milk. but the shakes i drink require 8 oz of skim per shake. thanks.

Brandy March 19, 2012 at 4:55 pm

Hey, i walk an hour on weekdays to get to school.
Could that effect my results?
im intersted in buying this as i NEED to lose like 50-60 pounds before the end of june (grad!)
also, youre allowed NO sugar… at all?
what about the sugar in fruit? natural sugar?
or how about splenda? also, i chew sugarless gum EVERYDAY, thats ok right?
im acrually real scared about this.
is there an age limit? as in, do you have to be a certain age?
thanks :)

admin March 27, 2012 at 1:49 pm

Hi Brandy, walking is good for your health and can also benefit you while you’re on the HCG diet, so keep walking, it’s good for you! :) You are correct, no sugar at all. Regarding the fruits.. you are allowed to eat one or two middle-sized apples a day (not both at the same time though). Splenda.. I have never tried or used it so cannot comment on that one, but trust me, you won’t miss sweets. Sugarless gum? If it contains zero calories and no sugar and other artificial stuff, it should be ok, but please read the labels. There is nothing to be scared of Brandy, however you should consult your doctor first. And yes, you should be an adult person and not a growing child. Hope that helps?

greg castleman March 17, 2012 at 3:25 pm

i heard that getting massage was bad while on the hcg diet is this true or not

admin March 27, 2012 at 1:51 pm

According to DR Simeons, the originator of the HCG diet, it IS true, yes.

Binx March 17, 2012 at 8:46 am

What is the differences between the drops and the shots? I just started my injections today and can’t wait to see the results. I have had two babies in the last 3 years and have a hard time loosing some of my weight. Just want to make sure I’m doing what’s right for my body and also I get migraines quite often would this help at all with them?

admin March 27, 2012 at 1:53 pm

Binx, the difference is obvious… you take shots intravenously, and you take drops orally. Regarding the migraines, I don’t know and cannot comment on that, I think you should consult your doctor Binx.

Spirit Wiseman March 17, 2012 at 12:51 am

I am on my 7th day….The meat is hard for me,,,would love to have a high protein shake, I see some online but can tell they are not harmonious with the diet. Lost 9.5 # in 6 days..have had non fat cottage cheese twice and that has helped.

admin March 27, 2012 at 1:55 pm

As far as I know, shakes are not recommended on the HCG diet, in fact, liquid calories are not recommended with any diet, whatever the diet may be. Lean meats like turkey or chicken breast will work best for the HCG diet though.

cece March 17, 2012 at 12:08 am

Hi! I am 5’3 and 220 pounds. I would like to lose 50-60 pounds. Do you know how many rounds I would need to do? Or of losing 60 lbs. Is even possible on this diet?

admin March 27, 2012 at 1:56 pm

Dear Cece, please watch the HCG diet plan video first and this should be explained to you in the video and there’s more information about this on the order page as well.

Britt March 15, 2012 at 11:12 am

I’m in week 2 of Phase II of HCG. The first week I lost 11 lbs. Absolutely no cheating. However, this week, I seem to be maintaining, and I’m still not cheating. Is this normal in week 2? I feel great. I’m taking in 500 calories per day eating exactly what was denoted on my meal plan.
I have about 23 more lbs I’d like to lose in this phase…. is this possible?

admin March 27, 2012 at 2:00 pm

Britt, that is normal, I would keep going if I were you. Dr Simeons recommended an apple day, when you are stuck for 2-3 days. Simply have an apple day – you are allowed to eat 6 middle-sized apples on an anpple day and that’s it. The next day you should see some good numbers on the scale and you continue with the HCG diet as suggested the next day. Hope that helps?

kelsey March 15, 2012 at 9:56 am

My mom is extremely overweight,so much in fact that she can barely walk. We have looked at many options but most are unsafe due to the fact that she has type 2 diabetes. Is HCG safe for her to use?

admin March 27, 2012 at 2:01 pm

Dear Kelsey, I would highly recommend you consult your doctor first, as I cannot give any health advice whatsoever (I am not a doctor).

Jessikah March 15, 2012 at 9:10 am

So after plenty of research and reading this thread, I’ve decided to go ahead and try this diet! I bought the pills yesterday and I ready, just 2 questions: #1) I can only drink Tea for breakfast, no food-correct? And#2) I read that you can’t get the injections while on your menstrual cycle…does the same go for the pills?

admin March 27, 2012 at 2:03 pm

Der Jessikah, congratulations on taking the step forward. Yes, no breakfast, but you can drink coffee though. Regarding your second question… the answer is yes.

TeenaR March 14, 2012 at 5:02 pm

I am very interested in trying this. But, my question is, after I stop, I would assume I will gain the weight back because I wont be on the 500 calories anymore. Also, The list of foods that is on the book.. is that it????? I dont eat fish, so I am only allowed to have chicken????? Ill get sick of that really quick.

susan smith March 13, 2012 at 9:01 am

I just finished Day 3 on the diet…I am sooooo excited!
I lost 2 3/4 lbs!!!!! I feel great and not hungry at all.
The meals fill me up…
Can I have two veggies to total enough calories?
Are there recipes anywhere with these foods?
